Privacy Policy

WenMoonLambo (โweโ, โusโ, โthe Serviceโ) is operated by Enigma Solutions. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and the choices you have. We keep it short and plain. The Service is an educational, paper-money crypto terminal โ there is no real trading, no deposits and no KYC.
What we collect
- Account details โ your display name and your email address, which we verify at sign-up so we know the account reaches a real inbox.
- Sign-in activity โ login times and counts, used to keep your account secure and to power features like daily streaks.
- Paper-trading activity โ the virtual orders, positions and watchlists you create. This is play-money data, not financial records.
- Billing data โ if you subscribe to Pro, payments are handled by Stripe. We store a Stripe customer reference and your plan, but never your full card details.
- Essential cookies โ a secure, HttpOnly session cookie that keeps you logged in.
- Optional cookies (only if you accept) โ Google Analytics, to measure visits; PostHog, to see which features are used; and the X (Twitter) pixel, to measure which of our ads on X lead to sign-ups and purchases. See Cookies, analytics and advertising below.
- Account events โ key steps in your account, such as signing up, starting the trial and subscribing, recorded by our server so we can run billing and understand which parts of the product people value (see below).
How we use it
- To run your account, authenticate you and keep it secure.
- To provide the trading terminal, analysis tools and your saved preferences.
- To send the newsletter and product/marketing emails only if you opt in (you can change this any time in Account settings).
- To process Pro subscriptions and support requests.
- To understand usage and improve the product.
Email consent
The newsletter and marketing emails are strictly opt-in and separate. You can subscribe or unsubscribe at any time from Account settings โ Email preferences, or via the unsubscribe link in any email. We will never add you to a list you didnโt ask for.
Cookies, analytics and advertising
When you first visit, a banner asks whether you accept optional cookies. Nothing optional loads until you press Accept, and Reject is just as easy. You can change your choice at any time with the Cookie settings link in the site footer or here.
- Google Analytics (only if you accept) โ counts visits and pages viewed, so we know how people find and use the site.
- X (Twitter) pixel (only if you accept) โ tells us when a visit, sign-up or purchase follows one of our ads on X, so we can see which ads work. X may also use this to show our ads to people who have visited the site.
- X Conversions API (only if you accept) โ when you sign up or subscribe, we may also send X that event together with a one-way scrambled (SHA-256 hashed) copy of your email address, so X can match it to an ad you clicked. We never send your email in readable form, and we send nothing to X if you reject.
- PostHog product analytics (only if you accept) โ records which features are used and, with all typed text masked, how pages are navigated, so we can find and fix problems. It is not used for advertising.
- Account events (always) โ our server records key account steps such as signing up, starting the trial and subscribing in PostHog, linked to your account ID rather than to a cookie. This sets nothing on your device; it is how we run billing and measure which parts of the product people find useful.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the service providers that make the product work, acting on our instructions:
- Stripe โ Pro subscription payments.
- Resend โ sending transactional and (opted-in) marketing email.
- Our hosting provider โ running the servers and database.
- TradingView โ charts are embedded from TradingView; their use is governed by their own policies.
- PostHog โ product analytics: in-browser analytics only if you accept optional cookies; server-side account events always.
- Google โ Google Analytics, only if you accept optional cookies.
- X Corp. โ measuring our X ads (pixel and Conversions API), only if you accept optional cookies.
- YouTube (Google) โ the video tutorial in the User Guide is embedded in YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode and nothing from YouTube loads until you press play; from that point YouTube's own policies apply.
Data retention
We keep your account data for as long as your account is active. If you ask us to delete your account, we remove your profile and paper-trading data, except where we must keep limited records for legal or accounting reasons (e.g. a record of a payment).
Your rights
You can:
- View and edit your name and email directly in Account settings.
- Opt out of all marketing and newsletter email at any time.
- Download a copy of your data or delete your account yourself, any time, from Account settings โ Privacy & your data (open the avatar menu, top-right). You can also email privacy@wenmoonlambo.com.
Security
We use secure (HTTPS) connections, HttpOnly session cookies and hashed passwords. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data and limit what we collect in the first place.
Children
The Service is intended for adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Changes
We may update this policy as the product evolves. Weโll change the โlast updatedโ date above and, for material changes, give notice in the app.
