This module is advanced. It assumes the earlier modules are habit, not memory.
A separate setup
The author keeps the advanced setup on its own chart layout. On this platform the lesson chart's presets do that job: save the course stack as one preset and the advanced set below as another, and switch between them.
Heikin-Ashi candles
Heikin-Ashi averages each candle with the previous one, so a trend reads as a run of one colour with fewer flickers. The lesson chart can show them, and labels the view as smoothed from Binance bars, because the candles you see are a calculation, not the printed prices. Every study on the chart keeps computing from the real bars.
The Technical Analysis chart has Heikin-Ashi in its candle-style menu too, and forgets the choice on the next coin switch.
The 89/233 cross
Two more Fibonacci numbers, used as simple averages. 89 above 233 is the bullish configuration; 233 above 89 bearish. It is a slow momentum read, not a support or resistance tool. The lesson chart's fixed palette does not include these lengths, so this pair lives on the Technical Analysis chart: add Moving Average twice from its Indicators menu, lengths 89 and 233. Both will draw in the same colour; the thicker, slower one is the 233.
Market Cipher: what the course used, and what is here
The author adds a third-party indicator, Market Cipher A and B, to this setup. It is a community script and cannot be loaded on this platform's chart. Its job in the course, a momentum dot and an oscillator, is covered here by the Indicator Dashboard (RSI, MACD, OBV, Squeeze, VWAP and a composite consensus) and by Signal Nexus. Lessons in this module refer to those instead.
Heikin-Ashi with the 21 EMA
Smoothed candles closing below the orange 21 EMA read as weakness; reclaiming it reads as strength. Combine with the 89/233 configuration for the trend bias.
In the lab
Save this as a preset named advanced. Then open the Technical Analysis chart, add the 89 and 233, switch its candles to Heikin-Ashi, and read the configuration on BTC at 1D and 4H.
